Norte Maar returns to its summer home in the Adirondacks presenting the 7th Annual Jay Invitational of Clay: an exhibition featuring a curated selection of local and regional works in clay. Curated by Jason Andrew and Ali Della Bitta, the exhibit is held on the grounds of The Jay House in Jay, NY. The exhibition kicks off with an opening reception on Thurs, Aug 7, 6-9pm. The exhibition will continue Fri, Sat, Sun, 11a-6p.

This event is the longest running exhibition in the Adirondacks specifically focused on new works by local, regional, and national artists that explore form, function, and the vast creative potential of clay. Visitors will experience a wide range of works from the functional to the sculptural. In addition to the exhibition under the tent, there will be new paintings featuring in and on the barn by William Glaser Wilson and Julia Kier Wilson of Essex, NY.
